RESCHEDULING

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

LATE POLICY

Please be on time. A 20-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a $30 late fee applies. After 30 minutes, additional fees may apply or your appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
